Heat Pump Financing Colorado is operated by UniCo, LLC and its subsidiaries. It compares the ways a Colorado homeowner can pay for a heat pump, using the same job and the same rebates for each.
Not CCEF, not Xcel Energy
This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Collective Clean Energy Fund, Xcel Energy, Elevations Credit Union, Westerra Credit Union or Wells Fargo. It doesn't take loan or ClearPath applications, and it can't approve anyone. Program names belong to the organizations that run them.
Who does the estimates
When you send photos or book a visit here, the request goes to the Denver heating and cooling contractor that does our estimates and installs. It is an authorized ClearPath On-Bill and RENU contractor. A ClearPath estimate comes back with the price after rebates and the monthly payment for each term, if approved. We confirm the equipment in person. CCEF's application starts when you approve the estimate with ClearPath.
Where the numbers come from
- ClearPath rates, limits and the 2% origination fee come from CCEF's program terms.
- RENU rates come from the rate sheets the two lending credit unions publish. The range runs from the best score to the lowest one each lender accepts, and only includes a lender that lends your amount over that term.
- The 0% card plan uses Wells Fargo's published terms for its Home Projects card.
- Monthly payments use standard loan math. Totals come from the exact payment; figures are rounded to whole dollars only for display.
- Prices are typical ranges from recent estimates in the Denver area.
- Rebate rules come from the programs that pay them.
Rates were checked on October 13, 2026. Lenders change them, so your approval documents are the final word.
